Bespoke Library Synthesis

In close collaboration with clients we design and synthesise 20-200 member libraries synthesized around existing templates. The libraries may be aimed at lead identification, hit to lead generation, or lead optimization and the chemistry will be designed to target the clients  drug discovery objectives: for example, probing active site geometry, optimizing selectivity, SAR development or improving pharmaceutical properties such as aqueous solubility, lipid penetration, or in-vivo stability.

Our business model aims to provide rapid quotes, fast contract turnaround and delivery consistent with agreed timelines and budgets.
